• Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards: On a sweeping national level, I have had the profound honor of standing as a Women’s Champion Finalist for 5 consecutive years. Out of more than 3,500 brilliant businesses across Australia, my salon was the only one chosen to represent our beautiful Campbelltown community. Standing side-by-side with such inspiring, visionary women remains one of the greatest privileges of my life.

 

Over the past 12 years, I have poured every ounce of my heart, soul, and lived experience into building Jen’s Lashes Academy. This is not just a salon; it is a sanctuary built on a foundation of fierce passion, deep purpose, and unbroken resilience. My mission has always been crystal clear: to deliver world-class, long-lasting eyelash and brow artistry while uplifting, empowering, and educating every woman who crosses my threshold. Every single set of lashes created here is crafted with love, precision, and the intention to make you feel powerful.

Beauty born from RESILIENCE:

My purpose stretches far beyond the mirror. Having survived the dark valleys of domestic violence as a single mum with two beautiful children, I made a promise to dedicate my life to helping other women rise, heal, and rebuild.

I channel this fire into our academy by offering life-changing, skill-based education. Through our specialized courses in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and brows, I provide women with the tools, independence, and confidence to launch entirely new careers and embrace fresh starts.

 

True empowerment means lifting as we climb, which is why I am devoted to supporting fellow local businesses and giving back through charity donations, sponsorships, and community initiatives.

 

In recent years, I’ve also had the joy of serving as a judge and sponsor for Miss/Mrs Femina Beauty Australia, continuing my lifelong promise to lift other women up.
